Some recipes are not elaborate ones. I am aware of the need of a healthy breakfast, but I always want to reduce the time invested in making them. Eating muesli as breakfast everyday is difficult, especially as I have grown up eating savory breakfast items for e.g. Upma, Poha, Dosa, Sabudana Khichdi. Hence, eating something sweet and/or tangy early morning is adjustment to my system. I have been away from India for 5 to 6 years. Yet, the above savory options are more acceptable to my brain than a bowl of healthy muesli, cornflakes or smoothie. Having said all that, breakfast smoothie is something I was willing to try in my kitchen.
Blend handful of frozen blueberries and raspberries with yogurt, coconut milk, normal milk. Then add few mint leaves and almonds. Blend to make sure almonds are crushed evenly. I added a little bit of sugar, but I guess healthy option would be honey.
Pour the smoothie in a small bowl or a glass. Layer it with muesli and we have our breakfast smoothie ready.

Welcome to Eat, Click, Travel and Repeat!
I am Prajakta Sathe. I love travelling, exploring new places, cuisines and photography. Even better is documenting these experiences and reliving them again.
This blog started many years back, even though I am finding it’s groove quite recently. I have travelled more now to document them in a defined fashion. The reason for starting this blog was first and foremost personal, of documenting my experience, but over time I have realised I can write them in such a manner which might be hopefully helpful for others to plan their journey as well.
Professionally, I am trained as a Researcher (completed Postdoc, PhD) in biological sciences and that remains as my other love. Other pursuits include photography, gardening, painting and leading a healthy life.
