Follow recipe for Honey chili Tofu. A few changes in this recipe would be as follows
1) I have used frozen chicken breast, thawed it, cut into pieces and then mixed with corn starch. Extra corn starch helped in thick batter and layer. Added lemon pepper instead of the plain pepper powder. Some recipes recommend adding egg to the batter, I did not use it.
2) I learnt to add five spice powder. Not sure if it tastes super different.
3) Added salt in the batter and not while making the gravy. I guess all the sauces have enough salt content of it’s own.
